An diesem Wochenende findet von Freitag bis Sonntag "the Great Gathering" - die große Zusammenkunft - in den Litchurch Lane Works in Derby statt.

Ausgerichtet wird dieses gigantische Treffen von Bahnfahrzeugen von Alstom.

Die Tickets waren innerhalb weniger Stunden vergriffen, insgesamt sind es rund 80.000 Besucher, welche erwartet werden. Die Preise für ein Tagesticket lagen bei 30 GBP für einen Erwachsenen, 15 GBP für Kinder von 5 - 15 Jahren.
Ich selbst habe leider kein Glück gehabt, nichtmal als Staff. :-(
